Notably, Satara223 installed a Herobrine summoning altar inside shortly after acquiring the property. This structure still stands today, albeit abandoned. This residence has also served as the "Birch Grove Clippers' Gaff," the headquarters for a small gang opposed to birch trees, which had a noted rivalry with the Crips gang.

=== Unfinished Northside Lane Project ===
In an ambitious move, xadger began constructing a new house adjacent to his previous one on Northside Lane. However, the project remains unfinished, largely due to the demotivating effects of the [[July 14th Incident]] of 2022.

== Hughes Grove ==

The park encompasses the area of his original wheat farm and features a small cobblestone memorial dedicated to his cat, Trevor, who passed away on January 6, 2023. Reflecting on his loss, xadger remarked, "Honestly I still expect meows and shit when I wake up."
