=== Early Days and the First Treehouse ===
Satara223's first major project on the server was a treehouse constructed on October 9, 2021. Located at what is now the intersection of Lake Parade Street and Lakeside Way, this area was at the time considered the outskirts of town. The treehouse quickly became a source of controversy due to its aesthetic design and location. Players on the server were divided in their opinions, with some appreciating the structure's creativity, while others criticized its appearance and placement.

The tension surrounding the treehouse escalated on the very day of its completion. At 12:43 UTC after a brief confrontation with players Swusho, Alexeii_, and xadger, Satara223 set fire to the apartments at 2 and 3 City Square as well as 1, 2 & 3 Eastside Court. This act of arson was in retaliation for xadger's unilateral decision to clear and burn down Satara223's treehouse. The server was promptly rolled back to its state before the incident, and the treehouse was demolished shortly thereafter on the same day.
