After around a day, xadger relocated to 1 Philips Place located on the second story of the Town Hall building, where he has since resided. His original mountain-side house was bequeathed to [[Player: Satara223|Satara223]], though it remained largely unused. Notably, Satara223 installed a Herobrine summoning altar inside shortly after acquiring the property. This structure still stands today, albeit abandoned. This residence has also served as the "Birch Grove Clippers' Gaff," the headquarters for a small gang opposed to birch trees, which had a noted rivalry with the Crips gang.
