Birch Grove Clippers (BGC) is a player-run organization on the Beta server, founded on July 11, 2021, by Swusho and xadger. The gang was created as a direct rival to the Crips and became known for its distinct disdain for birch trees and wood, which was central to its identity.

History

Founding and Purpose

The Birch Grove Clippers were founded on July 11, 2021, by Swusho and xadger as a direct response to the formation of the Crips gang. The BGC's name reflects its members' aversion to birch trees and wood, which became a defining characteristic of the group. Unlike other organizations on the server, the BGC was exclusive, featuring no other members besides its founders.

The BGC adopted a dark cactus green as their gang color, symbolizing their identity and setting them apart from their rivals.

Headquarters and Operations

The Birch Grove Clippers initially set up their hideout at 1 Philips Place, the residence of xadger. This location served as the base for their early operations, where they planned their activities and developed their strategy against the Crips.

However, as their rivalry with the Crips intensified, the BGC relocated their hideout to the backroom of Swusho's General Store on Lake Parade Street. This new location provided a more discreet and strategic position from which to conduct their operations. The backroom of the General Store became the nerve center for the BGC, where much of their planning and execution of anti-birch operations were carried out.

Rivalry with the Crips

From its inception, the Birch Grove Clippers were in direct opposition to the Crips. The two gangs frequently clashed over control of territory surrounding the Town Square, leading to numerous conflicts. While the Crips focused on resource control and territorial expansion, the BGC's activities were often centered around their ideological opposition to birch trees, leading to symbolic acts of birch wood destruction and territory marking with their dark cactus green colors.

The rivalry escalated into several skirmishes, including bow and arrow shootouts and strategic ambushes. The BGC's focus on strategic planning and their exclusive membership allowed them to effectively counter the Crips' moves, making them a formidable opponent despite their smaller size.
